SPECIALISING in the production, design, and provision of both custom and standard transformers, Transpower Engineering has been manufacturing low voltage transformers at our site in Manchester for more than 30 years. Transpower is a number one choice for industries such as building, construction, marine, rail industry & maintenance workshops. We also sell low-voltage transformers into the education sector, particularly colleges focused on construction. All our electrical power transformers are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 61558.

TRANSPOWER Engineering designs and manufactures low-voltage transformers. We have a range of popular off-the-shelf transformers, but can also custom build transformers to your exact specification. We offer sitemasters/site transformers, workshop transformers, distribution transformers and panel transformers. We can supply both step-down transformers and step-up transformers. We offer a range of IP ratings, including IP44 and IP65 for outdoor use.   

TRANSPOWER is part of the Ceenorm Group. Ceenorm UK Ltd is a market leader in supplying industrial products and equipment to the electrical industry, providing solutions that are made for harsh conditions and environments. We supply a range of products manufactured by Bals, IDE, Rauscher & Stoecklin and Haupa, as well as custom build solutions under our own Ceenorm brand. Ceenorm wholly owns Cablecaddy (supplier of flexible industrial cable reel solutions). Transpower acts as a distribution/collection hub for Ceenorm products in the north west.

THE plugs and sockets used within our transformers are supplied from German manufacturer Bals, who are part of the Ceenorm family. Ceenorm UK Ltd are the only supplier of Bals products within the UK. Bals are known internationally within the industry for their innovations and developing ground-breaking products that help you save time during installation as well as possessing the durability to meet and surpass the everyday challenges presented in working areas.
